I have lived at Browncroft for four years now and have had a pleasant experience. Rent is very reasonable - I pay $630 for a one bedroom (around 700 square feet)and it includes everything (heat, wireless internet and cable) except electric (averages around $30 a month). The office staff/management has always been very helpful and always returns my calls very promptly. In addition, the maintenance staff is terrific - everything has been fixed very quickly no matter what day of the week it may be.
