Enjoyed the usually prompt maintenance and benefits (included cable, internet, heat). Laundry was convenient and usually available. Service was fine, few problems. However when they found out I would not be renewing my lease (relocating to another state), they scheduled repeated showings of my apartment 2-3 times per week, sometimes notifying me the same-day as the showing. The once-friendly manager became cold and short with me over the phone and management tried to charge me for various "damages" which they couldn't substantiate. I left not expecting to see my deposit money returned. However, I did receive most of it.
