Rude Customer Service

Although I never ultimately rented an apartment from Carriage Glen, I have a few comments on their customer service. Carriage Glen is owned by DBI Properties. In speaking with DBI's employees, I found them to be rude and highly unprofessional. I would be very hesitant in renting from them.
