Horrible Ilegal Activity!

First of all, they promise the world just to get you in here, like rent specials that don't exist! You have to smell cigarettes, urine, and feces from downstairs apartments. When asked to remedy, office does ----! Let's see: contacting Health Dept., Dept. of Building Codes, Fair Housing, MANY LAWYERS!, NAACP of Rochester! Filing lawsuit against DBI Properties and also filing civil suits against bitchy staff Cheryl and Victoria for bringing in the the "token" colored folk to meet their quota and throw you out for speaking your mind. Hope the office staff reads this, before they hear it in person from us!
