This place was bad, gotten worse. I girls in the office are nice enough, it is hard to get work done though. Repeated calls and maybe something will be done. The entry way is dirty and smells. Tenants in my buiding don't smoke in their apartments, they smoke in the hall way - untolerable for non smokers. Many big dogs that owners do not clean up after, including staff members who have breeds they are not suppose to have. Ringers to tell let tenants know you have visitors don't work, I have had visitors who have to blow their horn until I realize they are here. Hopefully when all the work is complete it will be nicer, know with piles of mud there is no where for kids to play, playing and riding in parking lots. I can't believe no one has been hurt.

I totally agree with you - this place is a mud hole and the hallways are horrible - dirty and smelly. Can't wait for my lease to be up!!!
