Worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. Rude, uncaring staff who treat their tenants with no respect whatsoever. They have no qualms about invading your privacy and entering your apartment repeatedly for various reasons, often without permission or sufficient notice. Apartment building locks are old and often difficult to open in cold weather. Complaints to the office by myself and another tenant about the one in my building accomplished nothing. Units themselves are nothing special, repairs and upgrades are done as cheaply as possible ("new" refrigerators put in units this year were all 'scratch and dent' models). If you rent a ground floor unit, be prepared to deal with spiders and other bugs. I even had two separate encounters with BATS in the laundry room of my building. I killed the first one, and left it on the floor for the maintenance people to dispose to prove to them it was there. If you want plenty of stress and aggravation, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere!
