Great place to stay. Great manager.

We've lived here for 7 years now. The interior of the apartment is so-so. But maintenance people respond very promptly. If needed, the manager Kim will actually do it for us. The floors are definitely too thin. You can hear what's going on in other apartments. But that is just typical. Other than that, it's great. Rent is reasonable. Parking has never been a problem. It is also a secure place.
