Please consider anything else. My wife and I had a very bad experience at Community Manor. They are very friendly on move in and just after you sign they tell you if the washer/dryer brake down you have to use one of the other buildings machines. It took 3 weeks for there maint to fix a broken window screen. The AC unit was from WWII. We asked them to replace it. Six months later... they replaced it after we moved out. There are often drug users that like to park in the parking lots at night and party because it is so secluded. You will often hear the beeps of the smoke detectors because the batteries havn't been changed/ and or inspected.(comforting) There are many with young childeren which they do not keep an eye on, I once saw a 2 year old roaming the parking lot. Also, this is dumpster diver heaven. You will see many homeless people diving into the dumpster for goodies. We were told to expect our security deposit in a month. If that isn't enough you will be too close to the train that blazes by at 3AM no matter where you live in the complex.

They check smoke detectors by law every 6 months. Close your windows and you can't hear the train. Every building has laundry, so if you had to go to another one it was probably a 15 yd walk. Never had issue with children or loitering in the parking lots. Police perform nightly drive throughs for sketchy people.
