I lived there from 09/2006 to 07/2008. It is a small apartment community with 2 or 3 mamagement personnel. Some kinds of low efficiency. Overall, it is noisy because of nearby railway and townline traffic. The apartment is old with less maintenance. The corridor and carpet have some inappreciated smells. In addition, the leasing office requires the professional cleaning for carpet. It is easy to get in , but not easy to get out with your full deposit.
