We've lived here for 9 1/2 years. It's not perfect but you cannot beat the price. We didn't really see the problems reported by the other reviewers. We stayed in an upstairs apartment. It's quiet and very conveniently located to just about everything. Maintenance has always been prompt to fix any problems we report. There is a railroad track but it's pretty far from where we live so we don't hear it that much. Leasing office is strict but we feel they are pretty fair.
