I've been living at Community Manor for two years and so far I have ejoyed my time here. The complex is older, but is kept up nicely. The staff is great and they seem to really care. Most requests are taken care of within a day or two. If you have any problems or just want to chat, the girl in the office is very pleasant. I've read the other comments an agree with one or two things, like the train tracks can be noisy and sometimes there's parties, but thats usually when you call the police, seeing there is no staff on premise. As far as the carpet cleaning, your told at time of the lease signing you must have it professionally cleaned and its even stated in the lease! I guess some people can't read ... Overall Community Manor is a very nice place to live. You can't beat the price and location.
