My mother and I lived at Creek House. I would never recommend anyone living there, especially not in the back where the Townhouses are. If you can actually get maintenance to come, they will correct the problem half-assed. There are neighborhood kids that are there that will "jump" you kids if they happen to be the type of kids that will stand up for themselves. Forget snow-removal, you will have to dig yourself out. There are drug deals that go on while the little kids are being picked up the the school buses, and management says that unless you can give them specific names they will not do anything about it. Our place of was robbed two times in a 2 week period. When management was approached they said oh well, but you still cannot get out of your lease. This place over all - is truly Hell in Greece.
