I would NEVER recommend CRESCENT GARDENS TO ANYONE! They could care less about your safety. The management SUCKS! The maintenence SUCKS! THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS AND NO SECURITY! So if someone breaks into your house IT'S OVER! I saw a fight right out my window and a girl got stabbed.... NOTHING HAPPENED! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Yeah, that sounds about right. I've been here for over 25 years & the last 6 years have been the worst. I was hoping the new management would fix the problem, but my brother was just assaulted in the parking lot 2 weeks ago. I'd move if I could afford it, but I can't. Rent here at your own risk!
