I have lived in a one bedroom apartment for almost 2 years now. I have not had an intercom since I moved in, they are so old they can not find parts. I have paid my rent on time for 21 months on time and I paid on July2nd mailed and they cashed on 7-7-08 and is still charging me for a late fee. --- ------ does not do a thing as far as a property manager, never answers phone calls and/or emails. I will be moving out of this complex in Dec. when my lease renews. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX OR ANY OTHER THAT MORGAN MANAGEMENT OPERATES. THEY ARE UNFAIR AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. ACTUALLY ELMWOOD MANOR IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. AND ALSO 1600 ELMWOOD. STAY AWAY FROM ELMWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES.
