I've been living at Glenbrook Manor for 14 years. It's usually quiet, though occasionally there are noisy neighbors. Office staff and maintenance have always been great.

I've only had 3 maintenance issues in my entire time here--refrigerator, stove element and dripping faucet. All were taken care of quickly.

I live farther out than most of my friends and it seems every year they try to convince me to move closer to the city. Occasionally I'll do a little research into other apartments, but in 14 years I have never found the combination of nice setting, apt. size and price to match Glenbrook.
