This has been the worst experience. Several people, including myself have had water in the basement, or the family room, as they call it. This has happened on average once every 2 months. So, we haven't been able to use our finished, family room since we've lived here. The musty smell from the water and moisture is terrible. Sure, maintenance would comes and clean it up. A few times they worked on the drainage and somp pump,but it still happens. We couldn't even use the basement for storage because we didn't want anything getting wet!
