I currently live at GLMs and like it here a lot. I wish they had two bedroom apartments so we can stay here (new baby and the 1 bedrooms have max. 2 occupants). We have had no noise problems with our immediate neighbors, WE had problems with some new residents across the alley way from us that we complained about and they were asked to leave after one month.

Maintance is great... quick and very nice. Our apartment seems modern enough. All apliances work well. The whole complex got new windows that went in very quickly with no inconvience to us.

I like this place mostly for its flexibilty. YOu can decorate your apartment, even pic a color for them to paint on one wall. Plant a garden, outside holiday decorations. The lease is my favorite part. YOU have a 10 month lease, then after that it is open. YOu just give a TWO month notice that you are leaving. The fact that they have many residents here that have been here awhile tells me that over all this place is great to live at. Some residents have been here for 20 years!
