I've lived here almost a year and though the townhomes are small, the price is right. However, most people speed through the parking lots, and with the number of children out and about, it's just a matter of time before someone gets hit. But if you try to tell the administrative staff, they laugh at you. They can't enforce the speed limit and "in 17 years we've never had a death" due to someone being hit. An interesting response to safety concerns, wouldn't you say' I have numerous other complaints, which I'm unable to voice here for fear of retribution. I have lived at Greenleaf for more than 8 years. I have noticed on occassion some other residents do go to fast when driving throught the complex, but overall considering they have 600 apartments and more than 1200 cars I think the majority of the residents abide by the rules. THe complex is surprising quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and professional. In the eight years I can assure you that I have received numerous letters and notes from managment reminding the residents about driving careful and abiding by the speed limits. THey have also put this in the newsletter as well. I don't know what else they could possibly do. Like I said overall most residents are very considerate of others and the property is clean and the staff is friendly. I do imagine though it would be impossible to please each and everyone of the residents who live here.
