My husband and I lived in a two bedroom townhouse. While we lived at Greenleaf we loved the room that we got from the townhouse. We loved using the gym and pool in the summmer. Our apartment was newly rennovated and it was done beautifully! We had a problem with a leaky toliet and they came over within 10 mins. fixed it and painted over the spot.

I did have a problem because I am non smoker who lived next to a smoker and I could smell smoke all the time they were home. When I complained to the office they said there was nothing they could do.

While we lived there the woman in the office were a dream. So polite and helpful. After having to move out because of my husband's employment they were less than helpful. He finely found someone who was willing to help him figure out what to do but refused to give us a letter or receipts for payments we were losing so we could submit them to his company for reimbursement. They told us to spend the money to get the bank to get a copy of the cancelled check.

So if you are looking for a good priced place that is great to live in then you will want to live there but don't move out early!

Thats funny, I have lived here for several yeas, and no matter how I pay my rent the ladies in the office always give me a reciept. I pay with checks, credit cards and even cash sometimes and i do not think I have ever not gotten a reciept!! Thats really strange that they refusedto give you proof of your rent payments...really strange!
