My husband and I moved into Greenleaf in October, 2007. I'm very happy we chose Greenleaf. Our townhouse backs up to the golf course, and it is simply gorgeous! Our neighbors are great! We haven't had the opportunity to really get to know the maintenance staff (which is a good thing), but for the things that they were called about, they were really quick in responding to us and getting the problem fixed. The only complaint I have, is some parents don't watch their kids. When you are pulling into the complex or even your area to park, there are kids (little kids) darting in and out of cars playing with other little kids. I'm so afraid someone will get hurt. But that's not Greenleaf's problem. It's the parent's problem. They need to keep a better eye on their kids.

We owned a house for 5 years before deciding to rent again. The way things are run so smoothly, I may NEVER own a home again.
