I am a tenant in Hamlet Court since November 2006. I can't wait to move from here! The biggest issue is tenants not respecting tenants. The walls are thin and when people have company you can hear all the partying! There are people who live here who don't work and they stay up all night playing their radios. There is all sorts of "illegal" activity going on here and no one seems to care! You are on your own while you live here so you better watch your apartment! People have had their storage areas broken into and things stolen. The outlets don't work. The heat hardly ever works. One time my entire building was without heat for 24 hours!!! At least 4 people have died here. Security is terrible! The owner is anonymous and should be ashamed for taking peoples' money. Parking is terrible! The leasing agent is unreliable! The worse place I have ever lived!

Oh yeah forgot to mention the Bugs, Moths, and noisy heaters. When the hot water runs, it sounds like a pipe is going to burst! Cracks in the walls! I could write a book on this place. Absolutely horrible place to live. I love Gates but I may never live in Gates again because of this place!
