I've lived here for a few months in a one bedroom apartment. We have had a few issues over the last few months. First - our AC/heat unit is in the closet next to our room. It's so loud and no matter what we can't escape it unless we don't run the Ac or heat. It's awful!!
Next - the garbage disposals they give you are bottom of the line. When they break - the older woman in the rental office will hunt you down to tell you if it breaks again you're paying for it. Here's a concept - don't put in cheap disposals. Or if you're going to use cheap disposals - maybe you should just not offer disposals at all.
My other issue is the dryer in our building. It always shuts off. It's great cause you pump like $1.50 in it - and it eats your money 80% of the time. There is only one dryer in the building too. Basically - you can't rely on the machine they supply cause just like the disposal - bottom of the like. Needless to say, I can't even do my laundry here b/c their dryer is a piece of garbage.

Although the day office lady is nice - she is not helpful. She is pleasant and will submit the work order...but the job is always done half ass. Not worth moving here. Definitely move somewhere else AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
