The model was very nice and the staff was friendly at first. Then when our first winter came around the water pipes banged loudly when the people upstairs showered. Maintenance said there was nothing that could be done until those people moved out. So we lived with it for a year. We put up with the constant breakdown of the air conditioner, and our neighbors kept fighting and stomping around upstairs. Management was helpless. A sewage pipe broke in the basement and management didn't catch it until our numerous complaints about the smell.
Then when the fighting couple upstairs moved out, management rented it to 4 college students, who partied, fought, and moved in a full size refrigerator into their bedroom- which buzzed throughout the night. Again, management was helpless.
The halls were always dirty and smelly. People just threw their trash into the hall. The community washer and dryer always had people's clothes in it- they would live them in there for days.
Beggers and scavengers would hover around, asking for cans and rummaging through the dumpster. Police were there on several occasions.
The noise was a constant issue. You could hear neighbors fart through those paper-thin walls.
This was community of trash with a few unlucky folks stuck in between. I feel so clean to finally be out of there. We got an apartment down the road for the same price- and it is a hundred times better. Little Creek Apartments will knock you down a social class- avoid it!
