I have a unique view since I have lived in the 2 bedroom garden, and the 2 & 3 bedroom townhouses. I really liked these apartments. My only complaint would be since it is so close to the pond and the lake, it tends to be bug central, especially in the warm weather. The townhouses have a great split level design so you never really on top of the other people there. I am a little bewildered by the previous poster though about noise, since the townhouses have fire walls (read brick walls) between the townhouses, in all the time I lived there I only ever heard the neighbors once. The rent is a bit on the pricey side but you are paying for location.
