This review is based upon my many years renting a townhouse at Long Pond Shores. Not an apartment (they have both).

The unsulation is non-existent. The windows leak so bad that the wind makes the blinds and drapes flap. In the winter $180. per month heating bills are not uncommon with the thermostat set at 65 24 hours a day during winter.

The Central air conditioning system is 30 years old! Somehow they find the spare parts to keep the inefficient thing working.

The windows are big... very big. 4' high and about 7 feet long. If they face the setting sun, your townhouse heats up to the point where the AC can't cope. The screens are warped and lots of bugs can make their way in very easily.

The refrigerator is a late model but with a very low efficiency rating. Expect to pay above average electric bills too.

This split-level design is nice looking but all your heat leaves the downstairs living area leaving it cold in the winter. During the summer the upstairs bedroom area is 10 degrees warmer than downstairs.

You??re better off spending more money on a newer place that has insulation and energy efficient appliance and AC.
