The apartments as others have said are very drafty. The windows are old and the screens are pointless because they fall out and do not keep the bugs out. When calling to complain the office just says well you will have to use insect repellant... now why in the workd would I need to put on insect repellant in my own home''' its not like i had the doors open all day with no screens'
When i first went to view the apartments they told us none of the two bedrooms were available to view but we could see the model one bedroom...which is fine. Well we finally move in and everthing was fine until it began to rain.... well our dining room was covered in water so of course we called maintenance and a drunk half clothed maintenance guy comes in and vacuums the carpet...not even two-three days later it happened again....onca again soaking the entire dining room. When we called again they saud welll...maybe there was a leak in the roof seeing as the apartment had been vacant for a few months. WOW hadn't they just got done telling us there wasn't one available to view. funny huh'
also when i called to tell them my carpet was coming up near the closet they came over and patched the carpet, but the carpet piece they cut out was from inside the closet...pure laziness.
When i moved in the carpet was still damp from being shampooed and it reaked of an old musty shoe... ewww.
