I have been a resident for almost 4 years now and I have had a mold problem the whole time. I can't wait until my lease is up because I am out of here! Maintenance has come to take care of the problem numerous times and each time I am assured it is taken care of. Yeah right! The bugs are terrible and the insulation is the worst. Plan on paying at least $200 a month for RG&E in the winter. The air cond. stinks. They are so out dated it pitiful! But you can be sure your rent will be raised every year especially now that they have changed management who are very rude!

Here it is June 28, 2008 and this wonderful new management hasn't opened the pool yet. So, if you love sweating during the hot humid summer months you will love it here!

clean your apartment & you won't have mold...be nicer to people too while you're at it!!!

Just for your information if you know anything about mold, it doesn't come from a dirty apartment! I'm sure you are an employee! My lease expires very soon and I am out of here! Have fun re-renting it!
