We have lived here for over 12 years. We were a little nervous with the new company take over, but now we see how things are supposed to be done. They have stuck to there word on making this a better community for its residents. They actually respond to request and repairs. They fix the problem not just bandage it. The new pool was worth the wait, my kids can actually walk on the deck with tripping on cracks. The office staff is friendly but very professinal and consistant. Maintenace takes the time needed (which sometimes is alot of time fixing the old companies poor workmanship).Issuses that we have asked to be addressed for years are now finally getting taken care of. These people really do care about the community and the people who live here. I would diffinately recommed this place to everyone! And we can finally get a dog!

Did you get your new windows as promised? How about the new door? Do you own a cat? If so, did you pay the new, $250 pet deposit and the $25/month pet rent? Do you like your new neighbors? Looks like this is the new complex of choice for the Social Services Department. Did you mention that they didn't open the pool until late September? Did you forget to mention the extremely rude personnel?

I did recieve my new windows, they are wonderful! Most of the place is complete now. I do own a cat and yes I did pay the deposit, I did shop around to see if it was normal and most places do charge the fee. I have had the same neighbors for a while and we are all pretty happy so far. Social Services are no longer accepted by the new management that was an old management rule these guys have standards. the pool did open late but that was because of years of negelct by prior owners and what a beautiful change. I think maybe people should do some research into the company before they decide that they are bad. They have a great reputation and are only trying to make this a more desirable place to live.
