Here's the truth...change is good & I love the changes I am seeing under the new ownership!!!
Some of the complaints I have heard from neighbors is petty & unjustified. The fact that the pool opened so late in the season is because of lack of care by the previous owners. THEY DID NOTHING!!!! Monroe Cty. said the way the pool was prior to the repairs was not safe for anyone...that should mean more than the fact that some were inconvenienced!
New windows are coming & everyone will benefit from that.
This is a wonderful place to live & I look forward to the many positive changes that are to come!

Are you kidding me?? The girls that work in the office are beyond clueless not to mention EXTREMELY rude. The new ownership is money hungry and doesn't care about their tenants. Have you noticed the new windows being put up?? They are putting them up in their empty apartments first bc once again they don't care about the people who live here and are having to pay rent.

I have not seen the promised windows on my townhouse yet. It's now December 8th, 2008. They promised to have them all installed by November, 2008. I wold be interested in knowing what other apartment complexes this management company runs? The new owners hired a management company to, apparently, turn this complex into a ghetto. The management company is:

The new owners took possession on May 19, 2008. The previous GOOD owners were Lake Parkway Associates, LLC in Ithaca, NY.
