I rented at Long Pond for 4 years and I have to say that we had our share of problems.The spiders in the summer were awful, they would spray but it didn't help. There is no insulation between apartments so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, and a chunk of our ceiling fell off and maintenance refused to fix it even though they were called about it numerous times, but most other maintenance calls were taken care of in a timely manner. There was also a hole above our patio and somehow a bird got in there and laid eggs, so we had birds living in our walls for a couple months. shortly before we moved out the complex changed management, and I cannot say if this is a bad or good thing. Yes, they did repave the parking lots but the money would have been better spent replacing the old windows. I don't know about their new maintenance. The new office staff did not seem very friendly to me either.

I also would like to point out though that I am currently looking for a new apartment and almost every apartment complex I have look at on here has a bad review. I couldn't wait to leave but after reading other peoples horror stories Long Pond isn't looking all that bad. I honestly can't say I would recommend it either way. I don't think there is a company out there that manages their apartments well. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
