THE OFFICE STAFF IS A BUNCH OF BACKSTABBING (expletive)!!!!!! The manager is so unfriendly & clueless! They had 1 girl there who it seems everyone got along with, but decided to get rid of her...hope she found something better!!! Couldn;t get much worse! There is no way, after seeing the jount, that I would ever consider living here!

The management are very unyielding and greedy when it comes to rental rates and fees. Oh! The Fees!!!! The uutiities are killers. But stay away from the iron maiden in the rental office. She has no feelings. She would throw her own Mother out on the street.

Really Funny!!! The poster says, "There is no way, after seeing the jount, that I would ever consider living there!" The "Jount" (I know they meant "Joint" spell check even saw that, ouch! LOL) that the poster describes, is exactly the opposite to that statement! Obviously the poster has never lived here, was probably turned down to do so and is very upset because of that! After having the chance to actually "Live Here" I can understand why the poster is upset at not being approved to move in! I moved in to Long Pond in Feb. 2009 and I have found it to be a very nice place to live! Living here is Comfortable and Quiet, not to mention Safe! With the Lake on the backside and Beatty Point right across the street (which is great for hiking) and northward down the street (Long Pond) and you are at Lake Ontario! Ontario State Parkway (OSP) East of 390 with restaurants and boating, then Westward on OSP towards Beaches and more restaurants, and South up Long Pond to 104. I mention to people where I live and they always say what a nice area this is to live! Don't get me wrong, Long Pond is not Nirvana but you could live in worse places and areas! Don't knock it, especially when you have never even lived here! P-L-E-A-S-E!
