I LOVE this apartment. From the moment I first stepped into the building, I knew it was for me. The apartments are beautiful, the floors are stunning, all the appliances are new, and there is just something wonderful about cuddling in front of a fireplace on a cold Rochester day. The facilities are always clean and the maintenance staff promptly fixes problems. I would definitly recomend this building and am very proud to show off my apartment. It can be a little loud, but that is part of the fun. While you can hear the noise outside, I can never hear my neighbors. I always feel safe in this building.
