If you have good ratings about Park Point then you've obviously never really had to deal with management. The apartments are nice and not as expensive as most people think considering all the perks included. I have always thought that the leasing office is disorganized (e.g. they kept losing my roommate's lease, they lost track of how much I owed, every time I went there I spoke to someone new who hadn't followed up on what I discussed with the previous person...) but I never really understood why people complained so much UNTIL I had a real issue that I thought would be simple to sort out, but of course, every time I went to the office, called, or sent an email (I did all of these at LEAST twice - to discuss the exact same issue!!!) I heard a completely different story each time. Apparently they don't really care about inconveniencing their tenants to the point of having them change travel plans and work schedules. I can't wait to move out of here. The nice apartments are not worth the attitude that we have to put up with from management.
