I lived here for close to 3 years and it has been a series of headaches. The office staff does nothing to help you when a problems come. It will take many calls and trips to the office to fix or resolve any issue. The turn over is high... so one month your building is nice with freindly people living there... then it will change. I don't think they screen people or place them into the right buildings. When winter hits... you better have a shovel and 4 wheel drive. The price is cheap and heat is paid for... but at a cost. If you like to save money and can deal with an array of issues then this place is for you... other then that i would keep looking. YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!
