My only concern with this complex is that mid year, they switched management companies and when it came time for our renewal...IT WENT UP $130!!!!! That seems like A LOT. When I called the complex to ask about it, the manager was extremly rude to me. It wouldn't be so bad, except when we moved in we took the place as is, the carpet is old and nasty, the cabinets are old, and there is no dishwasher. I can't believe that they won't give us a break, or at least replace some of the old crappy things in the apartment.

I actually had a very good experience with the Management company during my lease renewal. Yes, my rent was raised considerably but the Manager explained the reasons why, which did make sense, and she even made some improvements in my apartment that I could never get the previous management company to do. They were very helpful and the maintenance has improved quite a bit since they took over.
