Quiet park like setting, and a pretty quiet place overall. Few comlaints and the staff has been quite friendly. More than adequate heating - which is included.

Major drawback is a 360 day lease. You're out 5 days rent in the long run -- that's right, you have to pay the entire last month, although you'll only be there 3 weeks. Mandatory move out fees, too, like carpet cleaning, etc. Don't expect much of your security deposit back.

Only 4 units per building, but don't worry - you'll get to know your neighbor upstairs or downstairs pretty well. You can hear almost everything through the floor/ceiling. Prepare to become very familiar with your neighbors. I learned my last neighbors name while he was enjoying an intimate moment with his significant other downstairs.

Not a place for surround sound and newer multi-media applications, either. Headphones are probably a better bet.
