Not a bad place

I have friends that live there and I lived there myself from February 07 until September 07. There is a ton of parking, and I lived alongside people will multiple cars and even a boat. When I moved in my apartment was absolutely spotless. I moved into a newer building. Check a few different buildings before you move in because some are better than others.
A few weeks after we moved in we started getting ants in the kitchen, and according to a friend who lives in another building, he gets ants as well. I told Rustic about it but they didn't do anything.
The walls are a bit thin, but I think that's a problem in most apartments. I had to complain about loud music upstairs and next door. I was told that the building I was moving into was very quiet, but it really was probably the loudest one.
Staff were super friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. Move in specials were awesome. I probably wouldn't have moved in otherwise. I had a one bedroom apartment on the bottom floor, looking out to a bit of green lawn behind. Very nice kitchen with what seemed new amenities.
Rochester is not such a great place to live in terms of things to do or aesthetics. At Rustic the gardeners are always out watering or planting shrubs, keeping the place pretty nice. The Rustic community (there are a lot of buildings) is nice, so you can walk around there and feel pretty safe. The fitness center is cleaned regularly and has a good selection of machines.
