I lived here for a year, moved out in 2008. It was not a good apartment complex at all. During my stay here, I went through multiple appliances and had a huge bug problem. The positive thing on that note is that the maintainance staff was very friendly and prompt to resolving issues. However, for the amount in rent that you're paying you should be able to get more. The bug problem never went away and upon moving out, the service people were very rude. I will not choose this place again.

Yeah, pretty buggy place. Furry centipedes and ants galore in the warmer months.
For almost $800 a month the place should be in better shape. Should also have a patio. I was in a newer building so I didn't have appliance problems. New stove, microwave and great big fridge. Never used the dish washer.
