Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
electrical appliances will not stay pluged in due to worn out outlets, very high utilities due to energy loss, worn out carpet, cabinet doors will not stay closed, poor property maintenance, not enough parking(tenants tend to find themselves with no place to park at times) drafty doors and windows
