Nice neighbors, relatively quiet compared to other complexes. Maintenance issues handled in a timely manner and fixed properly. Office staff is extremely helpful, and treat tennants with respect. Feels very homey to us, you get out of it what you put into it, they let you plant flowers, and encourage neighborhood activity. We have made some good friends here.
