You couldn't find a worse place to live in zipcode 14612.....ghetto types live here and their kids run wild. They are rude and so are their brothers and sisters and sons and daughters from 8 dads. They play loud music (rap) so that your windows rattle. They think its ok to park on "access" roads so that they inconvienence the other residents and cry racism if you ask them to comply with the "rules" of the establishment. I am tired of waiting months and months for repairs....for your rent you DO NOT get heat or hot water, you DO NOT get free cable,you DO NOT get snow removal on a regualr basis, you DO NOT get proper lighting in the walkways, you DO NOT get anything except headaches and cheap labor and repairs if you should be so lucky to have maintenance answer a complaint. This "place" is poorly run and maintained and after less than 2 years here I will return to them yet one more empty townhouse ( albeit in need of the repairs from a year ago or more). Sad very sad that I have invested even this short period of time on this crap "home".

this person is correct, I personally know an individual that has lived on clifford ave all her life and decided to move into snug habor townhomes, please make a better choice snug habor townhomes attract trash, once you've been surrounded by trash all your life your considered trash so to move and relocate is like the garbage man picking up your trash and taking it to a dump site<
