I lived in this place for 4 years, only because I didn't want to move all my stuff and I needed to be near RIT. This place is a disaster. As far as people complaining about the maintenance, that's the one thing I didn't have a problem with while living there. At the beginning it did take a while to get things fixed, but once you get to know the maintenance guys they do it quickly.

As far as the Cabot Group, they are morons. They got rid of the only managers that actually cared about the tenants and now have incompetance working for them. The rent get jacked higher and higher by a ton each year(however if you threaten to move they lower it). The apartments are falling apart(cabinet doors) etc. The dishwashers suck, they don't clean anything unless it's clean going in.

As far as the life in the complex, what everyone said is true. I have a drug dealer down about three houses down from me, so the cops are there about once or twice a week. The kids in the complex are unbearable, they are always running around the parking lot and hitting cars with things.

I am a college student, so the partying situation is good, we never get in trouble for loud parties, but I do feel for the people complaining about the noise.

I would definitely say not to live here, just because of the quality of the people living there(trailor trash) and the insane kids running around the parking lot.
