Fortunately there were not that many problems with our Townhouse, but when there were, they responded within a couple days. The Townhouse was renovated while we were living there and it took a couple months for the Kitchen and Basement to be completed. The contractor would leave and not come back for about a week, week and a half, leaving the basement a mess and the work was piss poor.
There was also the problem of our next door neighbors smoking and the smoke came through the walls somehow. The walk-in closet smelled like a bar and so did the stairway leading upstairs.
It takes alot to keep the place warm, so the gas bill was always high and the air conditioner did not work. So my roommate went out and purchased a window unit to keep the upstairs cool.
Our neighbors seemed to have parties every other night and did not care that their friends took up most of the parking spaces and the complex did not seem to enforce the parking rules that often.
