Falling apart. From: pixaranimator1 Date posted: 9/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   This apartment complex is staffed by morons who doesnt know how to run and maintain a good communication and maintenance in the filing of the clients' lease information and signings. I requested them to have a lease termination papers ready by the day I went in to turn in my notice to leave the complex. A month went by, I called them back and requested to have the lease terminations to be mailed to my new residence, and they said it was not ready yet, and they havent done anything about it, and I was very UPSET. I am thinking of doing a lawsuit against the complex for improper maintenance and have it all fixed up. Cabot Group is all bs. They dont even know how to run an office in order to entice the proper writings and responsibilities to be finished. I ask for them to be shut down and replaced by a new group of management. They do suck. Plus- the rent at the apartment is too high for an complex falling apart. I see faucets in my bathroom, and sink all breaking down, and the stains on the carpets when I moved in. I was not appeased with it, and I requested for them to fix it, and they didnt do it for a month. They continue to do excuses and deny it out of their mouths. I recommend you not to look at the complex until it has been replaced with a better management. They do suck, period. I also see wood falling apart, also ants swarming up on the floor, walls, and the bathroom. It seems that they havent fumigated the apartments to the current date. They also havent done their personal checks of the things around the apartments to entice the better living. They just ask to have it all renovated and it ends up falling apart all over again. It doesnt have the goals that they want, if they do, they arent going in the direction they would like it to be. I suggest that the apartments has to be rebuilt and cleaned, fumigated, and checked for problems. Thanks. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
