Great Place-Appalled at the reviews

I have read many of the reviews on this site and I must say I am appalled. My husband and I have been in our 2 Bedroom Townhouse for 2 years now. Ants are a common thing in a apartment, townhome or house, you place ant traps down and amazing enough they are gone. The Cabot Group is one of the greatest Management Companies around. I have lived at 1 other property they manage and to this date NO problems. Perhaps you were the problem. If you want new you should go to a new complex and pay $1,000 plus all utilities for a 2 bedroom and guess what...I guarantee you would still have ants and still have management problems and maintenace issues of some sort. I will continue to live with The Cabot Group managed properties until my husband and I purchase a home. Again I must say I am appalled at the opinions contained on this website. I call in a work order and it's done within 2 days, if they can't fix it or a part is on order they call to tell me about it, then come in to fix the problem. One time on Christmas night our hot water tank went bad and we called the emergency number they were there within a 1/2 hour to replace the hot water tank. I recommend Westbrooke Commons for any new family starting out. Rush Henrietta School District is great.
