You get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived here for a year now and It hasnt been that bad. Granted there was some communication probelms with management and there have been some maintenance problems and such but They have always been taken care of. And I stnd by my subject line. You get what you pay for. I live in a 2 bedroom townhousse right now and for the price I pay I would say it is about par for the course. I agree that there are better places out there but you will be paying a lot more for it than you will here. There are also worse places out there for much cheaper. I almost moved into one of those. Now I am leaving at the end of the month, but for personal reasons, not because it is a bad place. So my last littel nugget of wisdom...this is no 5 Star hotel but it is no roach motel either.
