Good Bad and Ugly From: vvinjamo Date posted: 11/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Good: This apartment is situated very close to RIT, all the malls and halfway between the downtown and the country side. Excellent place to live. Bad: Management and Maintenance. 2/3 of the people in the management team have a "Do not care" attitude. They never return your call. They do not bother to keep track of things and they are not courteous. The other person is very good, but good luck getting thru to her !! The first 2 will stop you on your tracks / phone calls. Maintenance: They suck..I guess I need to learn french to explain them better. Ugly: The swimming pool is "supposed" to be open in the 2 months of summer. Instead they open it 2 weeks in the entire summer, and if the day is very hot, and you want to enjoy the day by the pool, DO NOT BOTHER. It will be closed. The apartment complex is noisy because of a "Fraternity party" every saturday, and the motorcycle repair garage run by local RIT students who rent a townhouse.
