Maybe it's because we live in such close proximity to five of the leading high technology junior colleges and four year colleges and universitys in the country -- not to mention Xerox, Kodak, Bausch & Lomb and Paychex. We all have opinions and we are computer literate and acccustomed to using online rating vehicles to express them. Sometimes less than candid as to the real reasons that we're venting.
My wife and I have lived here for three years -- both as graduate students and newly employed, and self sufficient, citizens. We're now heading to the west coast, Silicon Valley and San Francisco, respectively. Looking back and having seen all of our friends apartments and rental homes, we wouldn't choose any other place to live than our two bedroom townhome -- for $700 great space, great price, great service. Yes we did have to "toe the line", respect our neighbors and pay our rent as expected. If that's reason for some to berate the management staff or complain about rules and regulatons, so be it.
Now, for three times the rent and one-half the space -- no den, family room or private patio, we'll have to survive. Should we complain'
