RIT Students vs. living in the real world

First off, I've lived at Westbrook for over 7 years in several different townhouses on both sides of the complex. I've been an RIT student, graduated, moved on to full time work, and still live here.
Many of the negative feedbacks I've read are from RIT students who have no idea of what living in the real world is. They treat living here as an extension of living on campus where they are hand fed by a 24/7/365 support team called Physical Plant. WAKE UP FOOLS. You don't get service like that OFF campus! So if you don't like it, suck it up, move back and stop bitching! Real people live here who don't like parties until all hours of the night because they have real jobs that start at 7am.
The service dept has always been backed up here. The property itself is 30 years old and that kind of maintainence takes alot of money, time, and people resourses. All 3 of which Westbrook is lacking. However, in the past 2 years that has changed, and improved greatly. Service now is often done the same day it is called in, or withing 48 business hours of the report. Emergencies are handled withing 20 mins everytime I've had to call that number. They even replaced my furnace in the dead of night (2am) when it died in the middle of the winter some years ago.
So to review:
RIT Students stop acting like whiney brats who want to be bottle fed everything. If you want that get the hell back on campus where you'll get that treatment and your parents will pay for it.
Real world people can expect decent service for a 30 yr old apt complex, with low prices, and good neighbours...unless you have annoying RIT kids.
