I tried to call the landlord for fixing something for my apartment. But they are exaggerating to come over to fix it. And MONEY is RIPPING OFF. I AM TELLING YOU that DON'T LIVE IN WBC APTs. Their services are soo stink and not service us very well. WE are not happy with the landlord. Deposit is $600 for college students. IT WAS NOT FAIR! College students tend to be broke easily. THe landlord gotta to know better. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Thank you for posting your comment, we appreciate your feedback. We respond to most service requests within less than 24 hours. Repairs only take longer when parts or the services of a specialized contractor are required. It is a fairly standard management practice to require one month’s rent for security deposits; $600 is less than one month’s rent in most cases. We are terribly sorry that you had an unpleasant experience. Please know that we are constantly striving to make improvements in our service programs and your remarks are very helpful in this regard.
